Tracey Lloyd

Senior Director, District Manager - J.C. Penney Company

Tracey joins the A2L team with a proven track record of success in over a decade of senior-level experience in Profit/Loss Management, Change Management, Strategic Planning, and Development; first with Walmart, then Bloomingdales, and now JC Penney. Tracey, a West Point grad with active duty experience in the US Army who has graced the cover of Fortune Magazine, is known as an innovative, superiorly organized professional with an uncanny ability to turn business around and a reputation for driving improvement.

Alison Silverio

Head Women's Tennis Coach - University of Notre Dame

Alison brings a winning pedigree to A2L, having captured the 2007 NCAA tennis national championship and tournament MVP honors as a player with the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. After a few assistant-coaching stints with her alma mater and NC State, Alison’s head coaching debut came in 2014 with Oregon, where she led the program to its highest-ever ranking, and first NCAA tournament bid/win in over a decade. Going into her third season as head coach at Notre Dame, Alison has coached multiple All-ACC selections and continues her work taking the program to new heights.

Ed Newsom

VP Divisional Sales Director, Wealth Management Banking SE - Bank of America

Ed joins A2L with over 20 years of varied and diverse experience in the financial sector, spanning premier, private, & retail banking, mortgage lending, credit management, small business solutions, investment & retirement consulting, practice & relationship management, and more. Highly regarded for his philosophies in coaching, training, and development, Ed, passionate about community outreach, mentoring, mental health development, and healthy living, has been recruited by organizations to pioneer diversity and inclusion initiatives and expansion.

Joe Badaszewski

Retired - Department of Treasury (IRS)

Joe comes to A2L having spent over 30 years in a number of capacities with the Department of the Treasury, both helping the IRS collect outstanding taxes and returns, as well as build relationships with taxpayers and helping to educate and arm them with the resources to prevent future legal/financial strife. Joe also had stops in his career as a high school lady’s basketball Head Coach, a Division III Women’s Basketball Assistant Coach, and an independent NFL scout. In all walks of life, Joe has strived to build trust, a sense of value and respect, and unity.
